Structure


The Don Willy building, built in 1978, can accommodate 46 guests with up to eight accompanying persons. The building is structured on four levels: the basement, ground floor, second floor, and an attic.

Wifi internet connection is available throughout the house. There is a fire alarm system in the building directly connected to the alarm center.

The rooms

Guest Area


Going up the stairs, on the second floor you can access the guest area positioned on the left after a door. From the hallway it is possible to access 5 rooms with bunk beds distributed as follows:

- 4 rooms with 8 seats

- 1 room with 14 seats

Personal Zone


Also on the second floor, but positioned to the right from the stairwell, is the area designed for staff. The area, with dedicated bathroom consists of 3 rooms distributed as follows:

- 2 rooms with 3 places

- 1 room with 2 places

Guest Area


On the ground floor there are three toilets (one outside) and a shower room. On the second floor in the guest area there are two separate areas for males and females with sinks and toilets.

Personal Zone


Also on the second floor but in the staff area is a private bathroom with a shower stall and several sinks.

Refectory


On the ground floor is a large refectory that can accommodate over a hundred people. By removing tables and benches, the space can be used for numerous activities. The hall is equipped with a modern multimedia system for guests' use.


The room overlooks the outdoor garden through French doors that also make the most of the canopy present just outside the dining hall.

Fireplace Hall


On the basement floor is the Fireplace Room, a room imagined for moments of relaxation and recollection. The possibility of using the beautiful hearth in any season of the year gives the room also equipped with sofas and armchairs an intimate and familiar atmosphere.


This room also contains a small kitchen equipped with everything needed, as well as a large television with a media box.

Cooking and preparation area


The well-equipped, modern kitchen makes it possible to prepare meals for more than a hundred people in comfort.

The cooking area is equipped with a tilting kettle with a faucet, a capacious braising pan, a professional stove with four ceramic glass burners, a self-cleaning combisteamer oven with thermometer probe, and a coffee bar machine with bean grinder.

Two large sinks and stainless steel countertops complete the food preparation area.

Washing, pantry and laundry area


Separate from the preparation area is the washing area equipped with a sink with gargoyle and industrial dishwasher.


The kitchen is also equipped with an industrial refrigerator. Just outside the kitchen are two chest freezers. A second large refrigerator and a third freezer are located in the basement along with a room used as a food pantry.

Also in the basement is the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and Kruger system that allows the room to be converted into a clothes dryer.

Multimedia

Beamer and sound system

The house is equipped with a modern audio-video system consisting of a large projection screen, a 4K beamer, and a sound system with two speakers of 800W each. Outside the control booth are the remote controls needed to use the system, an HDMI cable, a general volume controller and a Bluetooth receiver.

Through these installations you can listen to music via Bluetooth, connect your computer for videos and music, watch TV, and more.

A portable battery-operated beamer with associated tarp and a sound box with wired microphones are also available upon request.

Control room

In the old telephone booth at the end of the refectory, there is now room for the modern sound system. The following materials are installed inside the booth: six-channel mixer, amplifier, two wireless microphones, HDMI switch, AppleTV, DVD player.

To gain access to the control room, being able to use the facilities in an advanced manner, it is necessary to ask the facility managers for a key. Knowledge of the equipment and their proper use is required.
